Estimated turnaround times are provided during the consultation or ordering process. Because each piece is custom‑made, timelines may vary. You will be notified of any significant delays.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Minor revisions may be included depending on the project. Major changes requested after work has begun may require additional fees. Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.

6. Shipping & Delivery
